Job summary

Bradken Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand its presence in the Canadian mining market. The role offers a fully remote work arrangement within Canada with substantial travel to customer sites and mining operations.

You will leverage an established mining network, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven wear solutions, mill liners, and fixed plant products.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in technical sales within the mining industry.
Established network within mining sector or EPCM/OEMs.
Willingness to travel 50–60% across Canada.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow Bradken’s Canadian mining accounts and opportunities.
Identify and close new business opportunities with mines and EPCs.
Collaborate with operations, reliability, engineering and procurement teams to deliver value.
Travel to customer sites across Canada to sustain relationships and win work.
