Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Business Development Manager – Wear Solutions to grow our wear-management business across Northern Ontario. You will identify opportunities, build trusted customer relationships, and deliver engineered wear-protection solutions in mining and heavy industry.

This home-based role offers vehicle allowance, uncapped commission, and strong backing from a global leader with 120+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mining, heavy industry, wear solutions, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of wear mechanisms and asset reliability challenges.
• Experience engaging maintenance, engineering, reliability, and procurement teams.
• Ability to travel throughout Northern Ontario (50–60%).

Responsibilities

• Market development within mining and heavy industrial operations.
• Evaluate wear challenges and recommend Castolin technologies and services.
• Generate new opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, site visits, and industry events.
• Expand existing relationships through consultative and solution-based selling.
• Maintain opportunities, quotations, and customer engagement activities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives while increasing market penetration.
