Job summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers for its Distribution Centre in Winnipeg, MB. The role is on-site and involves packing, order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols. Training will occur, and shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers on a permanent basis for our Supply Chain team.This position is on-site work at our Distribution Centre in Winnipeg, MB.

What you’ll do:

• Fill, check and pack orders using a pallet jack and headset system throughout the warehouse, selecting items from floor stock to assemble on pallets, to then be transported to local Co-ops.
• May work in the freezer in below zero temperatures (PPE and premium pay provided).
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform repetitive physical work including bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean shipping and receiving area.
• Shifts:
  • Available to work up to 40 hours per week (5 eight-hour shifts).
  • From Sunday - Thursday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (3 scheduled days within this range) and Friday & Saturday: 1:00pm - 9:30pm.
  • Working Saturday and Sunday is mandatory.
• Must be available to complete two weeks of training (i.e., Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm).

You will work closely with other warehouse professionals and will report into the Supervisor Warehouse Operations.Thisteam strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, community, and efficiency.
