Job summary

IDN-Canada is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse / Customer Support team member for our Halifax, NS location. This role offers opportunities to grow within a supportive company and develops skills in shipping, receiving, stock control and customer service.

Candidates should be bondable, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and teamwork. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM–4:30PM.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse / Customer Support team member to join our Halifax, NS location. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company that values teamwork and development.

What You'll Bring

• Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily
• Comfortable in a computerized environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment

• Shipping/receiving orders and transfers
• Assisting in regular stock counts
• Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
• Entering transactions into computer systems
• Opportunities for growth may include supporting basic order entry, assisting with product or service inquiries, and developing customer service skills, based on business needs and employee interest
• Supporting and working with all other branch personnel
