Job summary

IDN-Canada seeks a full-time Warehouse Associate in Toronto, ON to support receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping. The role offers on-site work hours Monday to Friday, with a 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule and a competitive wage.

Ideal candidates are bondable, legally able to work in Canada, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work in a computerized environment, collaborating with branch staff to ensure accurate orders and safe operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload couriers and assist with receiving and shipping activities.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments and will-call orders.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and proper staging.
• Receive and post purchase orders and warehouse transfers timely.
• Stock, organize, and maintain warehouse for safe and efficient operations.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts following safety procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Provide high service levels to customers, couriers, vendors, and branch staff.
• Support branch initiatives and collaborate with team members as needed.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality control checks to ensure products and orders are accurate and properly staged for will-call and shipments.
• Receive and post purchase orders and warehouse transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stock, organize, and maintain products within the warehouse to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
• Assist with regular inventory and stock counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, and staircase ladders, in accordance with company safety procedures and training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and follow all applicable safety procedures.
• Provide a high level of service to customers, couriers, vendors, and other branch personnel.
• Support company initiatives and policies internally.
• Collaborate with branch personnel and support team members as needed.

Benefits & Pay

• Location: Toronto (On-site)
• Pay Range: $20 to $22 per hour

Additional Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 4:30PM

Requirements: Due to the nature of our business and products carried, candidates must be bondable with no criminal record. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
