Job summary

IDN-Canada, part of International Distribution Network, is seeking a full-time Warehouse / Customer Support team member at our Halifax, NS location. This role offers a path to develop within a growing company that values teamwork and development.

Key responsibilities include shipping/receiving, stock counts, daily branch operations, and data entry in our systems. Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada are required; various growth opportunities exist based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily
• Comfortable in a computerized environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving orders and transfers
• Assisting in regular stock counts
• Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse including loading/unloading, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, stocking, cleaning
• Entering transactions into computer systems
• Opportunities for growth may include basic order entry, product/service inquiries, and developing customer service skills
• Supporting and working with all other branch personnel
