Job summary

IDN-Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Toronto, ON location. This full-time role offers steady day hours and a friendly, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload couriers and assist with receiving and shipping activities.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments, customer pickups, and warehouse transfers.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products and orders are accurate and properly staged for will-call and shipments.
• Receive and post purchase orders and warehouse transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stock, organize, and maintain products within the warehouse to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
• Assist with regular inventory and stock counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, and ladders, in accordance with safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and follow safety procedures.
• Provide a high level of service to customers, couriers, vendors, and other branch personnel.
• Support company initiatives and policies internally.
• Collaborate with branch personnel and support team members as needed.
