Job summary

IDN-Canada is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate in Toronto, ON to join our growing team. This role offers steady hours Monday–Friday, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs, operate pallet jacks/forklifts, perform stock counts, receive and post orders, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace with a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bondable with no criminal record.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily.
• Comfortable in a computerized environment.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload couriers and assist with receiving and shipping activities.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments and will-call pickups.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and proper staging.
• Receive and post purchase orders and warehouse transfers timely and accurately.
• Stock, organize, and maintain products within the warehouse for efficiency and safety.
• Assist with regular inventory and stock counts and maintain accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment per safety procedures (pallet jacks, forklifts, ladders).
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free warehouse and provide high service levels to customers and vendors.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate team member to join our Toronto, ON location. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company that values teamwork and development.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure products and orders are accurate and properly staged for will-call and shipments.
• Receive and post purchase orders and warehouse transfers in a timely and accurate manner
• Stock, organize, and maintain products within the warehouse to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
• Assist with regular inventory and stock counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, and staircase ladders, in accordance with company safety procedures and training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and follow all applicable safety procedures.
• Provide a high level of service to customers, couriers, vendors, and other branch personnel.
• Support company initiatives and policies internally.
• Collaborate with branch personnel and support team members as needed.

Benefits & Pay

• Pay Range: $20 to $22 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 4:30PM
