Job summary

IDN-Canada Toronto, ON location is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM, with a focus on accurate receiving, packing, stocking, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload couriers and assist with receiving and shipping activities.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments, customer pickups, and warehouse transfers.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and properly staged.
• Receive and post purchase orders and warehouse transfers accurately.
• Stock, organize, and maintain products to ensure an efficient, safe warehouse.
• Assist with regular inventory and stock counts and help maintain accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, ladders) safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free warehouse and follow safety procedures.
• Provide high level of service to customers, couriers, vendors, and branch personnel.
• Support company initiatives and collaborate with team members as needed.

What You'll Do

• Assist with regular inventory and stock counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, and staircase ladders, in accordance with company safety procedures and training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse and follow all applicable safety procedures.
• Provide a high level of service to customers, couriers, vendors, and other branch personnel.
• Support company initiatives and policies internally.
• Collaborate with branch personnel and support team members as needed.

Benefits & Pay

• Location: Toronto (On‑site)
• Pay Range: $20 to $22 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 4:30PM
