Job summary

NutriCanine is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate in Richmond Hill, Ontario. You will support order fulfillment, picking, packing, and production operations at our local facility. A hands-on, self-motivated candidate who reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Production team is ideal.

This full-time role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Personaltransportation proximity is strongly preferred for efficient daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Use Shopify and delivery platforms to manage orders and fulfillment.
• Use Asana for task tracking and print packing slips.
• Upload shipping details to courier systems and follow SOPs.

Job Summary

As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you will report to the Operations Leads and support the order fulfillment, picking, packing, and production operations at our Richmond Hill facility. This full-time position requires a hands-on, self-motivated worker who can maintain high efficiency while ensuring quality standards. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Production team. This is a full-time position based at our Richmond Hill facility. Personal transportation or proximity to location is strongly preferred.

Key Requirements

• Reliable transportation or residence within commuting distance of Richmond Hill facility
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs regularly
• Availability to work full-time hours

Core Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to order specifications and SOPs, including insulation, gel packs and marketing material as needed
• Package raw dog food meals following recipes and safety standards
• Prepare and package dog treats per recipes
• Apply shipping labels and feeding instruction labels

Administration & Systems

• Use platforms like Shopify and delivery platforms to manage orders, shipping and fulfillment
• Use project management tools like Asana for task tracking
• Print and organize packing slips and shipping labels
• Upload shipping details to courier systems
• Follow established SOPs and organizational systems

Warehouse Operations

• Process incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Unload and load pallets from trucks
• Transfer products between storage and freezer areas
• Move master cases and boxes (up to 60 lbs)

Facility & Inventory Management

• Count inventory and maintain inventory management system
• Clean production, fulfillment and office area
• Manage waste disposal
• Follow food safety and H&S procedures
