Marys, Ontario, is the largest veterinary owned distributor in Canada. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Operations team as Full-Time Warehouse Associates. Under the general direction of the Order Process Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and Warehouse Coordinators, the Warehouse Associate performs a variety of duties related to picking, verifying, packing, and shipping customer orders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong written & verbal communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify product orders to ensure accuracy.
• Pack orders to ensure product is not damaged during transport and that all shipping labels are applied, as required.
• Maintain warehouse to ensure that product is available and that shelves are neat and free of excess packaging material and debris.
• Complete daily warehouse preparation jobs, as assigned.
• Understand and follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Operations team as Full-Time Warehouse Associates.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (Full-Time)

Under the general direction of the Order Process Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and Warehouse Coordinators, the Warehouse Associate performs a variety of duties related to picking, verifying, packing, and shipping customer orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Pick and verify product orders to ensure accuracy
• - Pack orders to ensure product is not damaged during transport and that all shipping labels are applied, as required
• - Maintain warehouse to ensure that product is available and that shelves are neat and free of excess packaging material and debris
• - Complete daily warehouse preparation jobs, as assigned

Health & Safety:

• - Works in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
• - Conducts self with regard for the safety of employees; is aware of safety and evacuation procedures
• - Report any health & safety violations or hazards to a Supervisor, Coordinator, or Manager

Schedule:

Operational days are Sunday-Friday with varying shifts based on business needs. Operational hours run from 6:00AM - 9:00PM.
Shift openings are posted internally as needed.

Shift upon hire:

Sunday: 7:00AM - 5:30PM
Monday: 9:30AM - 8:00PM

Thursday: 9:30AM - 8:00PM

Friday: 9:30AM - 8:00PM

Compensation:

Starting Wage: $20.50 per hour
