Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a Vice President, Rail and Transit in British Columbia to lead large-scale programs from strategy through construction.

You will drive sales in Rail & Transit, build deep industry relationships, and coordinate with executive leadership to expand Accenture’s client base.

The role requires 15+ years of capital projects experience, a engineering degree, P.Eng and possibly an MBA, with a flexible mix of remote and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience across planning, design, engineering and construction of capital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• P.Eng qualification and PMP certification are assets.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for Rail & Transit market and coordinate with Executive Leadership Team.
• Build and maintain in-depth industry knowledge and relationships.
• Strategize, plan, and lead business development initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction on client relations, scope, budget and schedule control.
• Engage with agencies and stakeholders to support project execution and priorities.
