Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management field.
15+ years experience as Construction Director in rail sector (stations, track, bridges, systems).
Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Deep understanding of construction methods, delivery, planning, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across a multi-billion-dollar rail portfolio.
Drive health, safety and wellbeing excellence and lead best-practice construction delivery.
Oversee construction management and administration across programs and sites.
Direct field representation at major work sites and remote facilities.
Mentor on-site teams and develop delivery approaches with PDTs and constructors.
