RVA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its Transportation team in a full-time permanent role. You will manage projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring schedules and budgets are met, while mentoring engineers and liaising with clients, regulators, and contractors.

Ideal candidates hold a P.Eng or CET in Ontario and possess 15+ years of design engineering experience in linear infrastructure, with strong English communication and proposal writing skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a P.Eng or CET in Ontario.
• 15+ years progressive design engineering experience on linear infrastructure.
• Consulting background with GTA municipalities is a strong asset.
• Proficient in cost estimates, scheduling, and reports.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation engineering projects with scope, timing and budget controls.
• Provide project engineering, analysis and design services for transportation works.
• Prepare proposals, reports and contract documents for approvals.
• Mentor and supervise engineering and drafting teams.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, regulators and contractors.
