Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is looking for a Passenger Service Agent to assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance, at our airport locations.

You will escort customers, help with luggage, and ensure safe, on-time service delivery while maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment. The role requires strong customer focus and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Passenger Service Plan/Training required.
• FAA/Dangerous Goods Awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance to/from assigned gate.
• Carry, push, lift, or pull luggage for any passenger requesting assistance.
• Safely lifts passengers up/down stairs of aircraft and in/out of wheelchairs.
• Escort VIP passengers and unaccompanied minors to/from flights and meeting adults as needed.
• Read flight info and service details to ensure correct passenger routing.
• Tag baggage to ensure correct destination.
• Gather wheelchairs and return them to staging area for reuse.
