Job summary

Swissport Canada is seeking a Passenger Services Agent to deliver essential passenger services at our Vancouver area operations. You will handle reservations, check-in, boarding passes, baggage processing, and assist passengers with special needs while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, willingness to work 20–32 hours per week across days, evenings, and weekends, and at least one year in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High School diploma or GED; eligible to work in Canada.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to follow processes and work independently.
• Willing to work part-time 20–32 hrs/week and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule affected passengers.
• Manage baggage processing and fee calculation when applicable.
• Assist passengers including those with special needs.
• Direct passengers through check-in, immigration, and security.
• Operate airline reservation/ticketing software.
