Qualifications

• Youhave7-10 yearsofhands-on experience in business analysis, documentation, and product management.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python
• Experience with Databricks, API-forward products, Qlik, or Power BI is an advantage
• Collaborates effectively with individuals of varying technical ability and business acumen
• Learns quickly and thrives in a fast moving, dynamic atmosphere
• Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of alternative investments and financial services industry

• You will work with business and technology teams to understand and design data products
• Construct KPIs and metrics toidentifyopportunities to improve processes and strategies with technological solutions
• Promote prioritization of strategic product decisions through data insights
• Influence and guide technology, project management, and operations teams toward data-driven solutions
• Championdata best practicesand organizational data literacyoncross-team collaborations
• Contribute to product vision and align roadmap to strategic goal
• Transform the high-level vision and requirements defined in collaboration with Product Managersinto detailed user stories that align with business objectives
• Work with development teams toidentify, define, and organize the stepsrequiredto deliver each iteration
• Create andmaintainextensive documentation to help scale self-service knowledge dissemination
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct data analyses
• Model data by writing SQL queries/Python codes to support data integration and reporting requirements
• Leverage and contribute to design/building relational database schemas for analytics. Handle and manipulate data in various structures and repositories (data cube, data mart, data warehouse, data lake)
• Create scripts to analyze andmodifydata, import/export scripts, and execute storedprocedures
• Maintain and developexpertiseto keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors
• Manage expectations of senior management and stakeholders,facilitatesteering committees, and provide regular status reports
