North Bay Animal Hospital in North Bay, ON, is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy team. As a full-time role, you’ll handle front-desk duties, greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and manage phone and email inquiries.

You’ll contribute to a positive client experience, coordinate with veterinary staff, and help maintain smooth daily operations while enjoying a stable 5‑day workweek from 8am to 5pm with no weekends or evenings.
