Qualifications

• Previous veterinary/reception experience.
• A confident and positive team player who can motivate others and embrace change.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Provide excellent client service, manage appointments, phone calls, emails, admissions/discharges, estimates, invoicing, and payments.
• Train and support reception and assistant staff on CSR-related processes and procedures.
• Help introduce new programs and initiatives by creating enthusiasm and encouraging team engagement.
• Support team celebrations and help maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere in reception.
• Assist the veterinary team with various tasks and treatments as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front desk operations with empathy.
• Handle appointments, calls, emails, admissions/discharges, estimates, and payments.
• Provide basic client service and coordinate scheduling with the veterinary team.
• Assist staff with CSR processes and staff training as needed.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated!
