Job summary

Mills Haven Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Reception, Client Care team member to welcome clients and their pets, manage appointments, and assist in everyday reception duties. The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and teamwork to ensure a positive experience for clients and their pets.

Previous veterinary/reception experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be a confident, positive team player who can adapt to changing needs and support overall hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service, manage appointments, phone calls, emails, admissions/discharges, estimates, invoicing, and payments.

• Help introduce new programs and initiatives by creating enthusiasm and encouraging team engagement.
• Support team celebrations and help maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere in reception.
• Assist the veterinary team with various tasks and treatments as required.
