Murray Auto Group in Morden, MB is seeking a Sales & Finance Professional to guide customers through vehicle purchase, financing, and ownership options. You’ll build trust with clear communication, knowledge of products, and a commitment to a seamless experience from first contact to delivery.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, relationship-building, and accurate documentation, with a new dealership opening in Summer 2028 and a competitive compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales and/or finance is an asset.
• Customer-focused background in retail, hospitality, or financial services is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet provincial licensing, registration, and regulatory requirements.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, build relationships, and understand vehicle needs and budget.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, ownership options.
• Conduct professional and safe test drives.
• Guide customers through the purchase process from selection to delivery.
• Explain and arrange financing and leasing options to meet needs.
• Present warranty, insurance, and protection products.
• Prepare sales, finance, and lease documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain customer records and follow up via the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Delivery teams for a smooth experience.
• Stay updated on vehicle products, incentives, lender programs, and industry requirements.
