The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Professional who delivers exceptional customer experiences, builds long-term relationships, and guides customers confidently through the full sales process for new and pre-owned vehicles.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
• Discover customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
• Present and explain vehicle features with confidence and accuracy
• Manage customer follow-up in the CRM to build lasting relationships
• Guide customers through the purchase process and documentation
• Coordinate with the Finance Department, Service Department, and the Delivery Specialist for seamless handoffs
• Stay current with product training, incentives, and market trends
• Maintain a social media presence "Build your own Brand"

What We’re Looking For:

• Successful candidates must meet the licensing and registration requirements of the province in which they are employed, including any required automotive sales or finance-related regulatory approvals.
• Automotive sales or Hospitality experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules as required to support customer needs.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry knowledge.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

The range shown represents potential total commission earnings, with the opportunity to earn above the stated range based on performance.
