McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC, part of AutoCanada, invites energetic Salespersons to join our Winnipeg showroom. You will guide customers through vehicle purchases, negotiate terms, and create an exceptional buying experience while meeting monthly sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing roles, a hunter mentality, and a proven track record of building lasting relationships. We offer a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities within AutoCanada’s dealership network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build relationships and retain customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom, maintaining a professional environment.
• Answer questions about new and used cars, financing, and applications processes as a subject matter expert.
• Negotiate terms and guide customers through the purchase to meet lifestyle and budget needs.
• Maintain a customer database to drive current and future sales.
• Present vehicles through test drives and demonstrations; drive the sales process per dealership policies.
• Follow up with clients to earn repeat and referral business and ensure high satisfaction.
• Stay current on dealer group and manufacturer training.
