Job summary

Murray Chevrolet Winnipeg is seeking a Receptionist (Director of First Impressions) to warmly welcome customers, answer calls, and support smooth dealership operations. You’ll be the face and voice of the dealership, ensuring professional, friendly interactions in line with our standards.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, scheduling service appointments, stocking vehicles with accurate details, maintaining the lounge, and aiding Sales, Service, and Parts teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Automotive or dealership experience is an asset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Valid driver’s license an asset.

The Role
