The 401 Group of Companies is seeking energetic automotive sales professionals in Tecumseh, Ontario. No experience is required as we provide continuous training and a lucrative commission-based pay plan.

Earn potential between $70,000 and $100,000 per year with a strong focus on customer relationships and driving sales at multiple locations. Open hours include Monday–Thursday 9am–8pm and Friday–Saturday 9am–5pm, with extensive product training and ongoing support from seasoned closers.

• Valid G Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• OMVIC license is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer wants and needs based on approval rates.
• Build relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings.
• Sell and lease vehicles per dealership procedures.
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products.
• Monitor DealerTrack for leads.
• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing contracts, and explaining warranties, services, and financing.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
• Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and future business.
• Comply with OMVIC & MVDA regulations.

Compensation:$70,000 - $100,000 per year

Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively.

Hours:Open availability Monday to Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work with customers to identify their wants and needs based on approval rates
• Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings
• Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products
• Monitor DealerTrack for leads
• Schedule appointments with customers
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing
• Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
• Follow-up with customers after delivery of their vehicle to ensure that they are satisfied and to maintain the relationship for future purchases
• Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
