Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in influencer marketing, ad tech, digital marketing, or creative agencies is highly regarded.
• Deep knowledge of the US market, its brands, and buyer behavior.
• CRM proficiency, HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute outbound sales strategy focused on the US market.
• Identify, target, and prospect brands and agencies through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Craft and deliver compelling pitches tailored to client pain points and goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align client needs with service offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting through CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Provide feedback on market trends, client objections, and competitor movements.
• Work US business hours with quick response times during US peak hours.
