Job summary

TikTal is seeking a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to own client relationships and revenue for influencer marketing campaigns. This is a revenue-generating, client-facing role centered on growth, retention, and reactivation.

You will act as the primary contact for brands, manage campaign timelines, and drive upsell opportunities while ensuring renewals and long-term engagement. This fully remote role demands strong communication and proactive relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing revenue role.
• Direct experience in influencer marketing and/or digital advertising is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of campaign management workflows from planning to reporting.
• Track record of managing a portfolio of clients and driving retention and revenue outcomes.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns without losing details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading client conversations independently.
• Able to work within US EST hours and in a fully remote, distributed team.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach for reactivation of dormant clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for existing clients/brands, handling communications end to end.
• Manage day-to-day project plans for active campaigns, including timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities within the client portfolio to drive revenue growth.
• Own client retention and contract renewals to maximize lifetime value.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with brand stakeholders.
• Re-engage inactive clients and convert them into active campaigns.
• Monitor account health, spot risks early, and address issues to prevent churn.
