Handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, acting as a professional gatekeeper
Arrange travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items
Manage personal errands and ad hoc requests with confidentiality and professionalism
Assist with event planning, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and timeline management
