Responsibilities

• Process requests from external customers to initiate a claim, reviewing documentation for completeness and eligibility with high attention to detail.
• Contact customers when additional information is required and determine if standard communications suffice.
• Process requests from external vendors and partners to support claim progression.
• Manage escalated inquiries related to claim initiation and documentation requirements.
• Utilize multiple operational and claims systems and maintain knowledge of each.
• Support additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.
• Other duties as assigned
