Job summary

Aviva Canada seeks Complex Property Claims Adjusters for our Customer Response - Property team in a hybrid role. You will settle complex personal lines claims by phone with emphasis on quality and customer service, working with premiere property vendors to quantify the loss.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of property claims experience; CIP designation in progress; strong communication and proficiency with Guidewire, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to handle high-volume scenarios as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property insurance claims experience.
• CIP designation completed or in progress.
• Ability to handle large losses and complex claims.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and Guidewire.

Responsibilities

• Settle complex personal lines claims by phone with focus on quality and service.
• Coordinate with property vendors to quantify loss and expenses.
• Apply cost-saving guidelines without sacrificing service.
• Support during high-volume catastrophes as needed.
