Job summary

Trane Technologies in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a GTA Turnkey & Building Services Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals, grow our service business, and strengthen long-term customer relationships with building owners.

You will drive quotas, coordinate with Account Managers, and mentor the team to deliver profitable outcomes. A minimum five years in sales leadership or seven in HVAC services is required, with a valid driver's license and a engineering/business degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience in a sales leadership role or seven (7) years of professional sales in the HVAC Services industry.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for customer and area sales management, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction measurement, price management, marketing, maximizing account penetration, market penetration, customer retention, hiring and onboarding of new sales associates, training needs assessment, setting quotas, sales forecasting, and use of sales tools.
