Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a General Sales Manager for Southwestern Ontario, including Hamilton, London, and Windsor, to lead sales teams across Systems, Controls, and Services. You will mentor and develop staff, drive bookings, margins, and market share, and collaborate with local leaders to foster teamwork and growth.

You will oversee account teams, forecast sales, recruit new talent, and implement training programs to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Business Development experience or Associate’s Degree (AA).
• 5+ years sales and leadership experience.
• Driver license with valid status and clean record in state.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual and long-term development and delivery of financial results for the Sales Office.
• Provide leadership for customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, price management, marketing, and quota setting.
• Build and manage account teams, collaborate with Account Managers, and ensure compliance with policies.
