You will maintain knowledge of Trane products, handle quotes and invoices accurately, collaborate with warehouse teams, and provide solutions that drive customer satisfaction and future sales. A high school diploma and HVAC knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in internal or retail sales or related field.
• HVAC sales knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-on extensions.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions.
• Keep current on knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers on the phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management processes with accuracy to expedite fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
