Job summary

Insulet Corporation seeks a senior field sales training professional to elevate the capabilities of its commercial teams across Canada. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Customer Care, and Reimbursement to identify training needs, design and deliver educational programs, and coach field personnel.

The role supports onboarding and ongoing development with approximately 50% travel expected. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales Training and Development to align curricula,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of strong Clinical or Sales Training experience in medical device or healthcare industry.
• Certifications in professional education, coaching, or training methods are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop programs across Commercial teams.
• Deliver workshops, coaching, and onboarding to improve field performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Customer Care, and Reimbursement leaders.
• Coach field personnel and ensure consistent training for new and existing staff.
• Support development of annual training objectives and track progress.
