Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines business.
• Remarket policies at renewal to ensure competitive coverage and pricing.
• Spot cross-selling opportunities and recommend the right insurance solutions.
• Support clients through claims process from start to finish.
• Conduct outbound renewal calls for Tier 2 clients.
• Keep client records accurate and up-to-date.
• Process policy changes, transfers, and endorsements per guidelines.
• Partner with insurers and underwriting contacts for best outcomes.
• Be a positive, contributing team member.
