Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for your clients, handling inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence with care and efficiency
• Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines business
• Remarket policies at renewal to ensure competitive coverage and pricing
• Spot cross-selling opportunities and proactively recommend the right insurance solutions
• Support clients through the claims process from start to finish
• Conduct outbound renewal calls, particularly for Tier 2 clients
• Keep client records accurate and documentation up to date
• Process policy changes, transfers, and endorsements in line with company guidelines
• Partner with insurers and underwriting contacts to get the best outcomes
• Be a positive, contributing member of a team that genuinely enjoys working together
