Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Broker to take ownership of an established personal insurance portfolio of approximately $1 million. This opportunity is well suited to a broker who enjoys managing client relationships, providing strong ongoing service, and working with a high degree of independence.

The primary focus of the position is servicing, retaining, and maintaining the existing book rather than actively prospecting for new business. New quote opportunities will come directly into the brokerage, and the successful candidate will be expected to confidently manage those opportunities as they arise.

This is an excellent fit for an experienced brokerage professional who can become productive quickly, take ownership of their accounts, and provide clients with responsive, knowledgeable service.

You are organized, self-directed, and confident managing day-to-day account activity as well as inbound new business opportunities. You work well independently while also contributing to a supportive and collaborative team.
