DGA Careers is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to take ownership of an established personal insurance portfolio in Edmonton. The role focuses on servicing, retaining, and managing this book with a high degree of independence.

The successful candidate will handle inbound new business quotes as they arise, maintain day-to-day account activity, and provide clients with responsive, knowledgeable service while collaborating with a seasoned personal lines team.

Qualifications

• Solid personal lines insurance experience.
• Previous insurance brokerage experience.
• Experience independently managing and servicing a personal lines portfolio.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
• Confidence handling inbound new business quotes.
• Strong organizational and account management skills.
• Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to transition into an established book with limited training.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, retaining, and maintaining the existing personal lines portfolio.
• Confidently manage inbound new business quote opportunities as they arise.
• Provide responsive, knowledgeable service and develop long-term client relationships.
