Rush Truck Centres of Canada is hiring a Service Advisor to schedule service repairs and monitor progress throughout the shift. The role is full-time with an afternoon schedule from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, offering competitive pay and benefits within a leading truck dealership network in Ontario.

You will provide accurate cost estimates, gather customer signatures, manage payments and credits, and explain work completed to customers.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• Experience in heavy truck or automotive industry desired.
• Excellent customer service, administrative and computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule service appointments and manage repair progress during shift.
• Prepare cost estimates and describe repairs and services required.
• Obtain signatures, payment method and credit approvals.
• Explain charges to customers and close repair orders.
• Cross-trained as a parts counter person.
• Follow OHSA and company safety policies.
