Qualifications

• Available to work flexible shifts and weekends.
• 1–2 years experience in food service or related fields.
• Guest service oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; patient.
• Embrace servant leadership to train, communicate and help team members.
• Pride in building relationships with guests and team members.
• Demonstrate a passion for leading, coaching and serving your team.
• Having a driver license and your own vehicle is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Relocate within designated areas for training and supporting management with opening and training new restaurants or existing ones (Etobicoke, Toronto, Richmond Hill, North York, Innisfil, Mississauga, Kingston).
• Participate in new restaurant openings, new hire trainings, promotions, and audits.
• Work alongside team on the floor and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a "Guests are first" attitude and lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service as a team.
• Help solve operational and service issues with training, coaching and follow-ups.
• Evaluate team members, identify training needs, problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure clear communication among the training team and restaurant managers regarding training matters.
• Use training binders as guidelines and develop new training tools and ideas.
• Ensure best practices and training systems are implemented consistently across restaurants.
