Job summary

Tim Hortons Trainer position seeks individuals who excel in leadership and development to guide new team members, supervisors and managers. You will travel to multiple restaurant locations, work in fresh environments and help raise hospitality, operational and food safety standards.

As a hands-on coach, you will mentor staff, support openings and promotions, and ensure consistent training across our restaurant network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food service or related fields.
• Guest-service oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to relocate/train at multiple restaurant locations.
• Availability for flexible shifts and weekends.
• Driver license and own vehicle is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Relocate within designated areas for training and openings.
• Participate in new restaurant openings and trainings.
• Work on the floor with team and give constructive feedback.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Address operational and service issues through training and coaching.
• Evaluate team members and identify training needs.
• Ensure effective communication among training team and managers.
• Develop new training tools and ensure best practices are shared.
