Job summary

Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver frontline technical, operational, and safety training. You will lead new employee orientation, coordinate scheduling, and maintain training records across the site.

The role requires two years in training coordination, preferably in industrial settings, with strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office and LMS (Workday) is desirable.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in training coordination or learning & development.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proficiency with training systems and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a similar role.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with training systems and continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong organization and coordination capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training systems (Workday LMS preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial safety training programs (e.g., confined space, mobile equipment).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
