Job summary

Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver frontline technical, operational, and safety training, lead new employee orientation, and manage scheduling, records, and materials.

You will collaborate with site leadership and the Canadian Training team to drive workforce development and continuous improvement. The role requires two years in training coordination, familiarity with training systems, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a similar role.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with training systems and continuous improvement.

• Influence training outcomes through strong engagement and collaboration with site teams.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and workforce competency.
• Identify and recommend improvements to training programs, systems, and delivery approaches.
• Partner with the broader Canadian Training team to drive consistency and best practices.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a similar role.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with training systems and continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong organization and coordination capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training systems (Workday LMS preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial safety training programs (e.g., confined space, mobile equipment).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
