Job summary

Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver frontline technical, operational, and safety training, lead new employee orientation, and coordinate all aspects of training scheduling and logistics.

You will maintain training records, develop materials for classroom, online and on‑the‑job training, support LMS implementation, and collaborate with site leadership to drive workforce development and training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in training coordination or similar.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with training systems and continuous improvement.

• Partner with the broader Canadian Training team to drive consistency and best practices.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a similar role.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with training systems and continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong organization and coordination capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training systems (Workday LMS preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial safety training programs (e.g., confined space, mobile equipment).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
