Job summary

Johnston Group is seeking a Trainer & Quality Analyst to develop and deliver training for the Maximum Benefit Team in Winnipeg, MB. The role includes coaching trainees, conducting quality reviews, and enhancing administrative processes to ensure accuracy and superior client service.

You will create training materials, revise guides, and assemble checklists to support ongoing learning, with a strong emphasis on feedback and continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Trainer or related Adult Education position.
• Experience in group benefits or insurance industry is an asset.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work closely on a one-on-one basis, in a team environment and self-motivated to work independently when required.
• Ability to adapt and generate effective solutions on situations/issues as they are presented.
• Detail oriented and well-developed analytical skills.
• Open to feedback and willing to make changes based on feedback provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall training for the Maximum Benefit Team and perform daily quality reviews of completed work requests.

The Trainer & Quality Analyst role is an essential component of the team as it ensures that proper training, tools, and supports are inplaceallowing the team to be successful in performing their job while providing our clients with excellent customer service.

*Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three daysin-office per week.
