This position combines analytical work with client interaction, to support our nationwide advisor network and client base. As a successful candidate, you will support a block of clients with their group quoting, marketing and in-force renewals. You will collect, organize, and analyze key data to support quoting activities, renewal negotiations, and claims reporting. You will review and compare carrier proposals, analyze claims experience, and make data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making and fair and sustainable renewals. You will work closely with our partner advisors and insurance carriers you will facilitate effective communication, support efficient case management and help deliver exceptional client outcomes through the preparation of accurate client ready marketing, renewal and experience reports.
*Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three days in-office per week.
