Johnston Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for an 18-month term in Winnipeg, MB. This role handles phone, email, and chat inquiries about plan information, coverage, status, and eligibility for disability and health claims, with comprehensive training provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to incoming phone, email, and chat inquiries regarding plan information, coverage, status, and eligibility for disability, dental and extended health care claims. You will receive extensive training and product knowledge development.
* This position offers a hybrid/remote work model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office upon successful completion of full-time onsite training, conducted Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
