Job summary

Lifemark Health Group in North York, Ontario, is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead the design, administration and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits and incentive programs.

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, you will oversee annual cycles, market benchmarking, policies, and partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition and Operations to balance market practices and internal equity.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related HR experience; leadership experience preferred.
• CCP designation (or progress toward) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
• Oversee annual compensation processes, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Enterprise partners to provide guidance on compensation practices.
• Develop and deliver clear communications to support understanding of Total Rewards programs.
• Foster a high-performing Total Rewards team and strong stakeholder relationships.
