• 10+ years in Total Rewards/Compensation with hands-on equity plan administration.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated experience preparing board reports and executive presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage equity plan operations for shareholder base.
• Conduct audits for data accuracy and make recommendations.
• Prepare materials on equity metrics for presentations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on regulatory requirements.
