Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Work & Rewards Analyst in Toronto, Canada to collaborate with senior consultants on compensation programs. The role involves data analysis, client-facing deliverables, and designing reward strategies across industries.

You will perform benchmarking, model pay structures, and contribute to incentive plan designs while staying current on governance and regulatory trends. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with significant quantitative coursework and GPA 3.0 (Spring 2027 expected)
  • Work experience in analytics or client service (analyst internship ok)
  • Strong problem solving and ability to share solutions with clients
  • Strong financial literacy preferred
  • Self-starter who can work independently and in a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Graduating May 2026 through June 2027

Responsibilities

  • Partner with consultants and clients to design reward philosophies and talent strategies
  • Perform competitive benchmarking analyses to ensure program competitiveness
  • Conduct industry and financial research
  • Track legal and regulatory trends related to governance and compensation
  • Model pay structures and analyze financial impact of designs
  • Develop and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs
  • Draft documents presenting analytical work to client audiences
  • Value equity awards using financial formulas
  • Identify ways to improve processes within client teams
